Dear Fellow journalist,
The Bullet Journal is a planner system designed by Ryder Carroll which is also known as “BuJo”. The short explanation is that this type of journal is “a mindfulness practice disguised as a productivity system”. After reading that definition I was intrigued, so… I exploded further.
Unlike the journals that we have discussed in the past, a “BuJo” is part day planner, diary and written meditation with sections to write in daily to-do ‘s, a monthly calendar, goals, yearly reflections etc. Like a “regular” journal, you can start anytime. Carroll says “it’s easiest to start out with a daily log. You add art as needed.”
Every bullet journal should include an index, future log, monthly log, daily log, tasks, events, notes, priority, inspiration.
