My journey

All you have to do ___

Dear Fellow Journalers

People have begun to realize that this “New normal” is going to be a long term event. What I didn’t realize while I was trying to cope, was that people all over the world had begun to write about their emotions and things they were doing in quarantine. When I typed in Journal during quarantine in my browser, I found hundreds of articles!

Some of the things I read, I’d been going through too. Did you know, for instance, that there is such a thing as “isolation indused depression”? There are articles about activities, crafts, journal prompts for kids etc.

Beginning this month, because there is no time like the present, there will be a post dedicated to journaling during this extraordinary time.
